[eresi-dev] libelfsh/libetrace compilation on beos

I have removed extra includes instead of applying the
patch. It compiles on Linux without procfs includes
in libelfsh and libetrace. To confirm on *BSD, Solaris
and IRIX (include code is just commented until now).

Also, I subscribed zadig on the eresi-crew
mailing list so we can transfer the BeoS thread there
without increasing the volumes of everyone's mailbox :)

Please switch on eresi-crew@ from now !
