This is quite contradictory with what you have said few days ago, but
alright, we respect your  choice. You have never wished to be a team member
anyway so we were not doing so many expectations.

For your code to be reusable, you need to agree on licensing it on GPL. 
Actually
since you did not start from scratch and you started on modifying the 
GPL code
of libasm, and your code has been published on the mailing list within 
the libasm
tree, your code is inherently GPL and we will continue to develop it as 
such.
