Fixed some warnings on FreeBSD. And started a cleanup function for mjollnir context
which should resolve serveral segfaults/unwanted behaviors i.e. :
load /bin/sync
unload /bin/sync
load /bin/sync

causes a warrning that function list is allready initialized for this binary - we need cleanup for mjollnir as well
