libe2dbg, kedbg & gdbwrap: Added all handlers and functions for dumping ARM regs

- Fixed one bug in gdbwrap_atoh (crashing on '\n' chars)
- Finished the struct and all needed defines (libe2dbg-arm.h)
- Finished all kedbg and gdbwrap functions for dumping ARM regs
- Found a critical bug on gdbwrap. We just can't get the return messages of
any "monitor" cmds. All we have are empty strings (ret->0x0). This is priority_0
from now on.
