kedbg: Added monitor commands

- the implementation shall need some review of mine.
- kedbg-jtag managed to set breakpoints and step as you can see
in this OpenOCD outputs :)
  "target halted in ARM state due to breakpoint, current mode: Supervisor
   cpsr: 0x800000d3 pc: 0x00000190"
  "target state: halted                                                  
   target halted in ARM state due to single-step, current mode: Supervisor
   cpsr: 0x800000d3 pc: 0x00000184"
- we are facing some issues with that "GDB missing ACK", but camoroz0 has alredy
been e-mailed about this. I'll open a ticket as soon as this get clear enough.
