- Now added E2DBG_ABSENT_LINKMAP for files like the kernel
who keep being valid in runtime mode without linkmap.

- Unmerged expr_destroy API for modularity increase.

- Started to take care about the e2dbg exiting problem
and other testsuite problems, without results until now.

- Cleaned a bit kedbg source code.
