====Comments====

- Created a function to decode the shifter operand of the data processing instructions.
- Renamed the operand type from *SHIFTED* to *SCALED* and merged the two variantes (IMM and REG) into one.
- Corrected the decoding of the scaled register operand. Some exceptional cases weren't being handled.
