Started the decoding of operands. For this the instruction list was changed and I needed to create some tables 
(tables_arm.c). I had to add another field in the s_asm_operand struct and I feel the need to do it again, but maybe 
there is another way around.

So far it fully supports (i.e. decode the operands and the N modes of operation) the 16 data processing instructions.
