kedbg and libgdbwrap: Several changes on the way of handling the memorymap functions

Also, added a is_embedded(). Now we can enter the state if we are debugging embedded targets
and then check if the provided file is a memory map or not, by getting the .vectors_ram section. 
If it isn't, we just call jtagmap_load() and relax. :)
