libgdbwrap: Added the simple memory map parser structure

Right now I'm using gdbwrap_extract_from_packet to parse the memory
map xml. The maxsize values are hardcoded because it seems that
this function isn't respecting the end string delimeter when
assembling the return string. Also, I'll have to code something
to translate hex strings, like "0xffff", to int values.
