I've thought a long while about the best way to integrate my work in
the eresi-project. I think the best way for now is to create a new
command called "netgdb" that will initialize the memory, the
connexion, etc. The functions like cmd_connect are interesting, but in
my opinion they deal too much with the "internals" and adding new
features may weak the VM.

I added a gdbwrap_t pointer in the "world". I'm not really happy with
this solution though.

I'd like the definitions in gdbwrapper-stddef.h to be added globally in eresi, too.
