Registrations from common/dbghooks.c have been moved to
user/register.c. There has been some other changes, to reuse the code
in kedbg, ie the userland-dependant code is in libe2dbg/user and does
not interfer with the code in libe2dbg/common.

A rule to compile kedbg has been added to the ./configure (only 32b
for now).

We just have a minor issue now with e2dbg, probably due to a try of
re-registration (?):
