- Summary: (0.82a4) Improved disassembling

- Confirmed perfectly working disasm in all circumstances
(static/dynamic mode, in debugger or in elfsh, section
or symbol based, with all good offsets and file offsets)

- Renamed elfsh_is_debug_mode() by elfsh_is_runtime_mode(),
indeed, runtime mode does not imply that we are in the debugger
(we can also be in kernsh), so the previous naming was a bit
confusing.

- Improved output quitting with 'q' shortcut (no delay
anymore, it quits right away)
