May pointed me out that when bp, kedbg didn't set eip to eip - 1. This
has been corrected.  The stepping seems to  be ok, but need more testing
(on different OSs). It'd be great to have the same output as in e2dbg.

Kedbg quits a bit more "correctly" now, ie when the server has
finished (after a cont) and when we type "quit". There's still an
issue with the C-d.

Some other hooks have been set up, but not working yet, for various
reasons.
