- Fixed the complete e2dbg testsuite, everything works as expected now.

  * Fixed a bug in backtrace that was failing to resolve symbols in scripting
  * Fixed a bug in deleting breakpoints by name (now lookup in all files)
  * Fixed a bug in register modifications introduced with expressions system
  * Fixed a bug in stepping that was displaying the wrong symbol offset

- Changed "list" command name to "flist" to avoid colliding with type "list"

- Restored handler for SIGSEGV and SIGBUS in e2dbg to debug 
when a fault is happening.

- Renamed revm_get_raw by elfsh_get_raw_by_addr and moved
the function into libelfsh/raw.c

- Renamed kernsh_elfsh_get_raw to kernsh_get_raw

- Renamed kernsh_revm_get_raw to kernsh_get_raw_by_addr

- Fixed a bug in the configure (kernsh was using == instead of = )

- Fixed env.sh to include the testsuite multithread binaries libpath

- Version changed to 0.8a10
