====Comments====

- Removed erroneous assert with the new mjollnir algorithm

- Now also recurse on main (since _start and main are usually
not connected).

- Replaced (-1) with MJR_BLOCK_INVALID macro

- Renamed MJR_NO_DEPTH by MJR_MAX_DEPTH

- Removed old sparc2lir-OLD.esh file

- Some cosmetic indentation fixups.
