- Removed 3 subtles heap bugs in librevm

- Removed a bug in libmjollnir that was hidding some errors (u_int ilen
instead of int ilen was hidding -1 returns of asm_read_instr). Now
libmjollnir will exit if we return (-1), this is only known to happen
on MIPS. A debug message was added before exiting.

- Currently disabled SIGSEGV and SIGBUS Handling in the debugger to
be able to track the instability problem by generating e2dbg corefiles.
